SFS Guwahati is extremely delighted that you have considered this school for your child’s future. We are honored and humbled by your trust. This institution with its long legacy and inbuilt mechanism for adaptation and change is more than confident in assisting your child to move up higher on the ladder of life. An investment that you make in this institution will not go wasted; rather pay you dividends in return throughout your life. Admission Enquiry

Admission Calendar

Class	Time of Admission
Classes LKG & I	1st September
Classes II - X	1st February
Classes XI	1st Dec

Note:1. The admission for Class II to X depends upon the availability of seats.
2. Admission to Class I will only be for students who have completed UKG.

Online Registration Form

The parents are requested to fill out the online registration form (in case of unavailability of the online admission form). The school shall notify the parents as per seat availability.

Online Application Form

The complete online application form needs to be submitted for further procedure. Parents are requested to upload the ward’s passport size photograph, Father / Mother / Guardian (Separately) while filling up the form, along with few documents to be uploaded.

Registration Procedure and Rules

Registration forms are to be filled in and submit it online along with the registration fee of Rs.1000/- only.
All the details to be filled up carefully. The name of the child and parents should be as per the submitted document only.
The school will not accept requests for change in Names and Date of Birth after the admission is confirmed without valid documents.
Incomplete Online Application Forms will not be processed.
Dates for Baseline Assessment will be sent to the applicants by mail / SMS.
Registration Fee, once paid, is not refundable.
Mere submission of the application form is not a guarantee of admission to the school.

Payment of Fees

Selected candidates will receive notificationsof admission results via E-mail / SMS / Whatsappand may pay the applicable fees to confirm admission.Confirmation of admission is subjected only to payment of fees during the stipulated time marked by the school.

Non Refund of Fees

All fees once paid are not refundable for any reason.

Bus Rules

Existing routes will continue to ply. It will be the sole responsibility of the parents to escort the pupil to and from the fixed bus stops.

Right of Alteration/Modification

Management reserves its right to modify, alter and / or include any other terms and conditions that may be deemed fit in the interest of the Institution.

SFS reserves its right to change the Fee Structure.

Note: Admission to applicants is open only to grades where vacancy is available.
